How the chart works: with or without a starting value, the chart shows development across a category such as time or divisions. For example, the starting value (last year’s customers) is 24 million. In January, we gained 24 million and lost 13 million, so the net gain was 11 million and the total became 35 million. In February, we gained 27 million and lost 14 million, resulting in 13 million new customers. The subtotal shows the first half-year total. Highlights can also show the gain or loss between categories as percentages or absolute values.
